What's New - SDTime Bank

v1.6

-Fixed some small display problems that were showing up when the sysop turned
off the rob the bank and the transfer time options.
-Fixed some small unregistered glitches, when the program was unregistered
users still could use the rob the bank and transfer time options! No no. =)
-Fixed the version number display was really old =) now should update with
each build =)
-Fixed the copyright date, now should show a more realistic date =)

-Added my URL in the nag screen on unregistered copies (Thanks Thomas!)

v1.5

-Fixed a small display problem, there was a mass of black space that
was overlapping the menu ansi. All gone!
-Fixed the sysop user editor, it now should display *ALL* the users rather then
saying it reached the end of the list when it really didn't.

-Changed the error message that was received when the user entered a blank
amount for Withdrawing/Depositing time from the bank. I think it is a little
more appropriate.
-Changed the sdtime.bbs file to say quit on the bottom for all menus. This
means you will need to copy over the new bbs file overwriting the old one.

-Added date stamps to the logs that the Time Bank produced.
-Added the ability for sysops to turn off the transfer time feature. This
requires a new line in the cfg file so you will need to update the cfg file
accordingly.
-Added a way for the sysop to do a database search from the sysop editor menu,
simply type in the name you want to search for and should find that user from
the database if the user exists. If the user does not exist it will report
an error.
-Added the ability for the users to transfer time to each other. Now users
can take time from their own bank account and transfer time to another user
on your system.
-Added the ability for the Time Bank to generate log files so the sysop can
keep track and monitor the Time Bank. To do this I added 2 new feilds in the
cfg file, one for the option of generating logs, and the second one was if you
wanted the logs to be created then where did you want the logs to be placed.
This means you must replace the old one or update it accordingly.
-Added more error checking on the sysop menu, shoulnt get those really nasty
wcCODE errors anymore. Oops!
-Added the rob the bank feature and made it so the sysop can set it up any
way you wish! I added a few new lines to the CFG file, one is to set the
max amount of time the user can win if he/she robs the bank successfully,
added the max amount of time the user can loose when he/she fails to
rob the bank. I also added a way for the sysop to COMPLETELY remove the
rob the bank feature if you do not want to allow it on your system, and
lastly I added it do that the sysop can set the win/loose ratio, if you set
this number to 20, the user has a 50/50 chance of winning, if you set this
number to 10, the user can NEVER win, and if you set this number between
10-20 there will be less chances of the user winning, anything above 20
the user has better the chance to win. The user can ONLY rob the bank once
a day, as of now there is no setting to change this.
-Added a new variable to the sysop menu user editor, called Robbed Bank, it is
a Yes/No setting which allows the sysop to toggle if the user has robbed the
bank or not.
-Removed the setup option from the sysop menu. I felt it was point less with the
cfg file.

-Redid the whole database, this will require you to delete the sdtime.dat file
which is located in the wc5 data directory (C:\WC5\DATA\)
-Redid a few of the error message displays to show a little animation.

v1.4

-Redesigned the Time Bank ansi menu. Now it looks pretty blank if
you load it into wcDRAW. This is because I use alot of locating
in the actual program. It is reccomended you *DO NOT* edit the
ansi, although it can be edited. If you do wish to edit the
graphic then *PLEASE* backup the old copy.

-Added a new parameter for a sysop menu (optional). Simple make
a new menu command from the SysOp Menu and run the SDTb.wcx
file and then set the parameter feild to "config" (without the
quotation marks). Then run it from the sysop menu and the
sysop has their owm sysop menu.
-Added a command to the sysop menu that allows the sysop to list all
the current users of the time bank.
-Fixed up all old coding, totally went through line by line to shorten
the code and clean it up.
-Added a new command to the sysop menu that is similar to the WINS
or Wt-Lord user editors. You can now maintain the Time Bank
database with an easy editor.
-Added support for the 4 digit year format (IE. 01/01/1998).

v1.3

-Fixed the time bank to reflect the SDwarez to Sweet Dreams Software
name change.

v1.2

-Fixed the problem where if you tried to deposit or withdraw a single
digit number that is actually smaller than the MaxDeposit/withdraw
number. For some reason it was saying it was bigger.

-Removed the sysop option of setting the Max Deposit/Withdraw. This
is what was causing the above problem

v1.1

-Fixed the double Menus Display!!! Whew... I thought this would
kill me =)
NOTE: You MUST remove the SDTime.wcx TOTALLY from your WC5 home
directory... then place the new wcx file called SDTimeBank.wcx
in your wc5 home directory or else you will still have the double
menu YUCK! Also be sure to fix it in the wcMENU option =)
-Fixed the Bank ID# it now should work when you type in your code.
For some reason it was not saving the user defined ID# and users were
unable to access time ot deposit time.
-Fixed the Last Visited the Bank date. Again for some odd reason
it was not calculating onother computers. Should be better now.
